Cactus Technologies, Ltd. announced the 503 Series industrial grade 2.5″ IDE SSD product.

Available in capacities from 1GB to 64GB, this high performance IDE SSD has the industrial feature set.

It adds an SSD to company’s current 503 Series product family.

The 503 Series 2.5″ IDE SSD has fixed BOM control, high endurance, high performance, rugged construction, long life cycles and industrial grade wear leveling and defect management.
