David West to Leave CommVault

In a SEC filing, CommVault Systems, Inc. stated that on February 3, 2014, David R. West, SVP marketing and business development, notified his intention to resign as an executive officer of CommVault on March 31, 2014.

 He will continue to work for CommVault for a period of time to assist with certain additional marcom as requested from time to time.

Prior to joining CommVault, West numerous positions at Legato Systems and Intelliguard Software, both subsequently acquired by EMC.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University.
