Li will lead Intronis’ R&D, software development, quality assurance, operations and corporate IT departments.
He reports to the company’s CEO Rick Faulk and will work with sales, marketing and leadership teams to expand its line-up of cloud backup and recovering solutions to address emerging market needs.
“Harry has been a key player within Intronis’ existing team for nearly two years and has demonstrated the technical, leadership, communication and strategic skills needed to take our engineering team to the next level,” says Faulk. “Those who have had the pleasure of working with Harry recognize his strong work ethic and see his sense of urgency for quickly and efficiently addressing any customer issues that may arise. Li brings nearly 15 years of experience in building consumer web, SaaS and cloud applications, to his position as VP of engineering. Prior to his promotion, he served for two years as Intronis’ director of development, managing the company’s software development schedule and leading engineering teams in the U.S., China and Romania. He joined Intronis in 2011 from Kenexa Corporation where he served as the MD of software engineering.
