Gigastone Makes North American Debut at CES 2014

Gigastone Corporation, a Taiwan-based technology manufacturer, is set to make its North American debut at 2014 International CES in Las Vegas, NE.

The company holds patents for a variety of mobile and networking technologies, as well as owns flash-controller technology.

Gigastone offers products and solutions for the mobile world. Its products are accessories for the smartphone or tablet user as well as for mobile charging applications, and for content backup and streaming. Its has earned the company a number of technology patents.

Media Streamer Family Line
These products stream content stored on either a USB drive or SD card to up to six users with a tablet or smartphone. Conversely, each will free up capacity on the mobile device by downloading content for use or backup to a USB drive or SD card. Each also may be used as a backup charger for the device with its Samsung lithium-ion 2500/5200mAh battery. No Internet service required, nor are there any data-plan fees.

Universal Mobile Charger
Offering rapid-charge capability with premium quality 5,200/9,000mAh Samsung rechargeable battery cells, these products are compatible with iOS smartphones and tablets, Android smarthphones and tablets, game players, wireless ear buds, digital cameras, GPS units. They  provide auto-shutdown and power-surge and overheating protection.

On-the-Go USB/MicroUSB
These handy 16GB/32GB USB dual drives allow users to store and transfer content between a PC or laptop and a smartphone or tablet through its double-sided USB and MicroUSB drives.

Digital Microscope
This new handheld 8MP digital image sensor USB 3.0 microscope offers optical performance and is for industrial, education, hobby, and science applications. It has a 5x~200x optical zoom and comes with imaging software and a mount stand.
