Kloudless Adds Support for Bitcasa and SugarSync

Kloudless, Inc. announced the availability of Bitcasa and SugarSync support to its lineup of cloud services for its extension.

The extension, available for both Chrome and Firefox, lets users bring their cloud apps into their email inboxes while enjoying enterprise security.

By adding cloud services to their email inboxes, users can streamline email attachment handling processes.

Features include:

• Automation – Users can set rules to allow Kloudless to file attachments into the cloud without manual actions. Rules can be customized by email sender, recipients and keywords; file name, type and size; or cloud service and folder.

• Link insertion or deletion of moved attachments – Save email inbox space by replacing incoming files with links while maintaining the context of the original email.

• Security – 256-bit RSA encryption, SSL for all data in transit protects users’ data as we process and transfer the data to the locations designated by users. Internal and external firewalls, monitoring systems, intrusion detection systems and a dedicated Ops team handle system or security issues that may arise.

• Multi-browser, email service and cloud support – The extension runs on Chrome and Firefox web browsers within Gmail. Support for the Outlook desktop client is in private beta. It supports Bitcasa and SugarSync in addition to Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and Skydrive.

• Cloud Services, Connected – Appropriate for personal and enterprise email attachment management, it puts access to cloud storage in users’ email inboxes.

• Bitcasa, with its encrypted storage, enables users to access, share and store files, including large media files, without storage limits. By supporting Bitcasa, users have an encrypted storage option to keep their email attachments.

• SugarSync users can backup and share file or folder to any device. It facilitates collaboration, by keeping all shared files up to date in real-time. With this integration, users can take advantage of sync functionality from within their email inboxes.

The product is available for download for Chrome and Firefox users.
