This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on November 8, 2013 at 3:07 pmACE Data Recovery, a subdivision of ACE Data Group, LLC, is further expanding their current US operations by opening five new Service Centers.
These new Service Centers will allow the company to better serve its corporate, small business and individual customers, and partners, in Austin, TX New York City, NY, Orlando, FL, Philadelphia, PA, and Washington, DC.
They provide additional convenience for customers looking for professional data recovery services for all types of media such as HDDs, flash drives, SSDs, RAID, and tapes.
Clients will enjoy access to these new locations via public transportation and available parking, as well as a professional atmosphere that has been company’s trademark for the last 30 years.
“The purpose of these centers is to improve the customer experience in major cities across the United States“, said Charles Walker, CEO ,ACE Data Group. “The centers are designed to provide greater convenience, responsiveness, and security to our clients.”
Each Service Center is staffed with personnel trained to assist customers with their data recovery projects. By eliminating the need for customers in and around the centers to package and ship the drives to other ACE Data Recovery facilities, it reduces the potential risk of additional damage that could affect the overall success of the data recovery process.
“In the past our ability to protect a client’s data started when their drives arrived at one of our previous locations,” stated Don Wells, GM, ACE Data Group. “Now we have extended that protection to these additional five Service Centers.”
This continued US expansion is in keeping with the tradition of the company since 1981, when company began its operations.
Since then the firm recovers all types of critical corporate data, from complex RAID server configurations to proprietary databases. It has an in-house team of R&D engineers that designs and builds hardware and software.
