Viewpoint Introduces Viewpoint for DR, Cloud Solution for BC

Natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornados and floods present a major challenge for any IT department.

This offering – a cloud-based solution for continuity of business operations and rapid recovery of software applications, servers, and data – replicates information stored onsite to the cloud in real time, delivering performance and protection.

Powered by EVault, it couples real-time replication technology with services to ensure that databases are accessible in the cloud within 4 hours or less no matter what. If onsite servers are taken offline by human error, equipment failure, or a site-wide outage, disruption is minimized and users can continue normal business operations with remote access to their systems running in the cloud.
