Veeam Expands Cloud Provider Program

Veeam Software, Inc. has expanded its Veeam Cloud Provider (VCP) program with the addition of Veeam Backup Management Suite.
 
VCP program currently has more than 1,500 cloud providers across EMEA. The program offers monthly and perpetual licensing to meet the needs of hosting, managed service and cloud providers. Monthly rental by the VM or perpetual licenses are available from official VCP’s aggregators, while perpetual licenses are available from thousands of Veeam resellers around the world.
 
According to Jie Zhang, research director, Gartner, "Together, cloud archiving and backup services had estimated revenue of $842.1 million in 2011. Annual growth rates exceeding 40% are projected for 2012 and 2013; the market will continue strong growth beyond 2013 into 2016. The five-year CAGR is forecast at 30.6%, with the total market size reaching $3.2 billion by 2016."
 
VCP enables service providers to excel in this market with differentiation and margin opportunity.

Their agility in adapting to new and changing business requirements puts them in a good position to compete."
 
Veeam Backup Management Suite combines Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam ONE in a single, integrated data protection and infrastructure management solution for VMware and Hyper-V. The suite is available now to VCPs as a per VM monthly rental and as a perpetual license in blocks of 10 VMs.
