NEI Changes Name to Unicom Engineering
And will leverage resources of parent company UNICOM Global

announced its name change to UNICOM Engineering, Inc., a
division of UNICOM Global.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of UNICOM Global, UNICOM Engineering will continue
to offer application deployment solutions that provide its customers with a
sustainable competitive advantage.

UNICOM Global, an IT company, completed its acquisition of
NEI on September 18, 2012. This strategic acquisition offers direct benefits to
UNICOM’s customers, technology partners and supply partners, as the company
further strengthens its global presence and existing relationships with Fortune
500 and Global 2000 commercial customers; federal, state and local governments;
ISV and OEM strategic partners.
The new name positions NEI within UNICOM Global’s portfolio of companies, which
includes UNICOM Government, Inc., UNICOM Logistics, and UNICOM Capital. Each offers
an array of services that reflect the synergies in markets and capabilities between
UNICOM Global and its customer base.
