10,000th Customer for Altaro

Altaro Software, developer of backup solutions for PCs and Hyper-V Server, welcomed their 10,000th customer less than four years in operation.

Having been founded in 2009, Altaro have signed up over 750 distributors and resellers around the world who resell their solutions in over 83 countries.

Altaro Hyper-V Backup has been gaining ground since its launch in August 2011 and is now one of the leading solutions in its market, with over 40% of the business coming from the USA followed by UK, Germany, Australia and the Netherlands.

With Hyper-V Backup, the company’s team has grown over the past year, doubling its office space to keep up with demand as their growth accelerates.
