SQream Analytics Engine and Mellanox 56Gb IB With Nvidia GPUDirect

SQream Technologies Ltd., analytics database technology provider, and Mellanox Technologies, Ltd announced a big data analytics platform that leverages the SQream’s GPU-powered Analytics Engine, Mellanox’s VSA Storage Accelerator software, and Mellanox’s ConnectX-3 FDR 56Gb/s IB adapter cards with NVIDIA GPUDirect technology.

The solution enables performance gains by eliminating the need for CPU involvement when reading data from SAN appliance directly into the GPU RAM.

SQream Analytics Engine enables business analysts to harness the power of the GPU-powered database via SQL and conduct investigative and predictive analytics.
