Steve Picot VP Federal Sales, ViON

In this role, he is responsible for leading all federal sales activities.

"Picot’s background will strengthen ViON’s continued mission to provide excellence to its customers."
Prior to joining ViON, Picot was an eight-plus year veteran of Cisco Systems, Inc. where he was the director of operations, heading the team having global responsibility for the sales, engineering and customer support aspects of Cisco’s largest customers, the United States Army, and the Joint Special Operating Forces. Prior to Cisco, he was with McData and Brocade in federal sales and sales management. He also held business development and technical positions with SAS Institute and KPMG Consulting‘s Federal Systems Group.
Picot was honorably discharged from the US Marine Corps as a Captain after serving over seven years as an AH-1 helicopter pilot.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Purchase College, The State University of New York, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
