Cactus: 256GB and 512GB Industrial Grade 2.5-Inch SATA SLC SSD

Cactus Technologies, Ltd. announced two new high capacity SSDs in its 700S Series industrial grade 2.5" SATA Series.

They round out the company’s current 32GB, 64GB and 128GB densities. All parts are SLC NAND based and have endurance, performance, rugged construction, long life cycles and industrial grade wear leveling, and defect management.
