He will continue to report to Eyal Waldman, Mellanox’s president, chairman and CEO.

Prescher has served as Mellanox’s SVP of business development since February 2013. Previously, he was Mellanox’s VP of business development from February 2011 to January 2013. Prior to Mellanox, he was a founder of Voltaire where he served in various capacities, including EVP of business development from 2008 to 2011, VP of business development from 2001 to 2008, VP of marketing from 1999 to 2008, and from 1997 to 1999, as VP of R&D. Prior to Voltaire, he served as an officer in Israel’s Defense Forces Technical Intelligence Unit.
Prescher studied at Tel-Aviv University with a focus in electricity and electronics engineering.
