Worldox GX3 Cloud Unveiled

Corporation launched Worldox
GX3 Cloud, a cloud-based delivery of its document management
system.

This SaaS contains the functionality of
Worldox GX3 Professional with a patent-pending delivery architecture
that allows for anywhere document access. It supports existing
Worldox partner and application integrations.

It allows firms and organizations to
access and upload their documents remotely, allowing mobility and
flexibility. Cloud data is hosted in SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 compliant
data centers, so customers can eliminate on-site servers and still
use the Worldox technology.

Highlights Include:

• Hosted on a private cloud that requires
  no server hardware to maintain or replace. Data centers are dispersed
  within the US and other countries will follow.

• Backup, redundancy and DR available to
  users with 24/7 monitoring

• Software upgrades included – Technology
  is pushed out to users as it becomes available

• PDF editing suite with zero-download
  technology, allowing large PDFs to open fast

• Consistent desktop interface regardless
  of location – at work, at home or on the road the experience is
  consistent.

Attorney David J. Thompson was one of
the cloud product’s beta testers.

Worldox GX3 Cloud subscription
pricing is $55 monthly/per user, which includes all options
including on-premise document copy, email integration, automated
matter number import, PDF editing suite and more.
