Brian Olson CTO, Condusiv

Condusiv Technologies Corp., formerly Diskeeper Corporation, announced that 20-year IT industry veteran Brian Olson has joined the company as CTO.

 Olson will play a key role in shaping Condusiv’s technology strategy as the company embarks on its next phase of growth and leadership across transformative trends in cloud, big data, trusted IT, software defined networks and software defined data centers.

"Brian brings to Condusiv a unique blend of experience spanning a broad breadth of IT systems such as cloud computing and storage, high-availability and disaster recovery, continuous data protection, backup and recovery, and long-term archiving," said Condusiv CEO Jerry Baldwin. "In addition, he has a long and successful track record directing product development across enterprise, consumer and OEM markets. Brian is an innovative technologist, and is also a proven world class business leader and manager with extraordinary vision and operational expertise within complex organizations. Most recently, Olson served as Cloud Business Development Manager at EMC responsible for driving world-wide adoption of the EMC Atmos cloud storage platform for next generation applications. Prior that, he was CTO at Atempo Corporation where he managed worldwide engineering and customer support operations across the company’s range of enterprise product lines. His experience also includes serving as CTO and VP of engineering at Storactive Corporation, as well as ten years of engineering leadership at Veritas Software (now Symantec).
