Michael Morgan joins the team as CFO, while Al Sadler joins as VP of Operations.
In these roles, Morgan and Sadler will build on Panzura’s market traction and wins at Fortune Global 500 enterprises in the past year.
In addition, Marcel Gani joins the Panzura Board of Directors following leadership positions at Juniper Networks and NVIDIA.
Marcel Gani brings a wealth of valuable networking and data infrastructure industry experience and expertise to the board. He currently consults with several venture funds to advise early stage high tech companies. Prior to this, he held the position of chief of staff of Juniper Networks, Inc., which he joined as the company’s CFO from 1997-2004. He was also responsible for Information Systems and Human Resources. Prior to that, he served as VP and CFO of NVIDIA Corporation, Grand Junction Networks, Primary Access Corporation, and NeXT Computer, Inc.
With over 20 years of experience in managing all aspects of finance and administration for both private and public technology companies, Michael Morgan has a long history of transforming successful private companies into well-managed publicly traded organizations. Immediately prior to Panzura, he held the CFO position at Model N, where he helped guide the company to profitability and a period of significant growth. As CFO at Skybox Security, Morgan raised several rounds of venture financing and scaled the company’s financial systems. He has also served as CFO of BackWeb Technologies, a publicly-traded company. Prior to BackWeb, Morgan led two IPOs including Talarian, which was sold to Tibco Software.
Specializing in the building and managing of high-growth organizations, Al Sadler brings 35 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley start-ups as VP of Operations. Formerly VP of Operations at CloudShield Technologies and OpVista, he has also served in executive positions at multiple public and private companies across the enterprise technology landscape, including COO at Trapeze Networks and Alidian Networks.
