Swedish IT Consultancy Stratiteq Has Chosen Proact

Stratiteq has selected Proact IT Group AB for updating the company’s
storage environment.

Stratiteq has also chosen to place their backup in the Proact cloud. With the
new storage and backup capacity, It will increase data security
and facilitate future testing and development. Proact will also deliver
ongoing support.

The project was initiated during the fall of 2012.

Stratiteq is a Swedish business and IT consultancy specialized in
integrated solutions within CRM, business intelligence and portals. As the
operations have grown and the number of clients has increased, Stratiteq
identified a need to upgrade the storage and backup capacity.

"The size and number of
clients are growing and in a number of cases we handle sensitive information.
That demands an infrastructure which guarantees a high level of data security
and access. We have selected Proact as our partner in this project as they have
presented an effective and flexible solution which meets our demands," says
Joakim Gustafsson, IT manager, Stratiteq.

Proact’s solution for Stratiteq comprise of a new unit for primary
storage with functions for deduplication of data and also safe and synchronized
backup in Proact’s own cloud.This hybrid solution also enable new
opportunities for conducting tests and development without affecting the
production environment, and at the same time optimize disc utilization.
