Datto Launches Partner Alliance Program

And rank as #1 fastest growing firm in Backup & Security by Inc. 500

Datto Inc., a provider of hardware
based on-site and off-site backup, DR and BC solutions announced its Partner Alliance
Program
, aimed at helping Datto partners grow revenues.

This Partner Alliance Program is designed to deliver more value and support
to its partner base. It aims to increase engagement by placing partners
into three tiers: Authorized Partner, Certified Partner and Premier Partner.
Specific benefits associated with each tier enable partners to continue company
growth and increase profitability.

"What makes this new program really
unique is the way we separate the partner tiers,
" said Shannon Kohn,
director of marketing and channel relations. "By using a point system, our Partners will be able to see in real time
where they stand, which will assist them with goal setting.
"

Partners are awarded points based on the amount of device storage they have
purchased through Datto, and can earn ‘bonus points’ by participating in Datto
activities and promotions. Partners must accumulate a set amount of points and
complete certain training requirements in order to move up to the next tier.

"Our Preferred Partners receive some
serious benefits, such as a VIP technical support number, free device shipping
and more. We wanted to deliver benefits that Partners would get excited about,
"
added Kohn.

Datto has also released a partner welcome kit that is a guide for new and
existing partners. Items in the welcome kit include; partner quickstart guide,
company overview, service benefits explanation, training opportunities, Datto
polices and more.

"We want to help partners leverage
Datto’s resources and expertise, so they can onboard faster and continue to
grow their sales volume month over month,
" explained Kohn.

"The new program affirms our
commitment to our partners and the channel. We actively try to foster
meaningful relationship with our partners, and I think the Partner Alliance
Program is a great step towards that goal,
" said Kohn. "We are dedicated to our partner’s success
and are constantly looking for ways to help them achieve it.
"

Other components of the new program include: a guided virtual video tour of
Datto’s Partner Portal, new customizable marketing materials, lead sharing
opportunities, sales and marketing training, not-for-resale opportunities and
website-ready partner badges.
