Massachusetts Medical Society Preferred Vendor of VaultLogix

The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) has selected VaultLogix LLC
as a preferred vendor in its Membership Services Program to provide online data
backup and restore services for its member physicians.

Based in Danvers, MA, VaultLogix has provided hospitals and physicians’
offices with online backup solutions to help protect electronic records and
achieve HIPAA compliance for 12 years. Its principal product, VaultLogix
Advantage, allows customers to protect and restore electronic medical records
in the case of data loss due to natural disaster or human error.

The inclusion of VaultLogix in the Massachusetts Medical Society’s membership

MMS meetings and forums. The selection of VaultLogix was based on a product and
corporate evaluation conducted by a MMS committee of physicians and association
management. The committee noted that VaultLogix has a history of dedication and
commitment to serving the medical practice marketplace.
