Edge Memory Announces Boost Pro Enterprise eMLC SSD

EDGE Memory, a U.S.-based supplier of memory and storage upgrades, announces the EDGE Boost Pro Enterprise SSD – 6Gb SATA.

For datacenters and enterprise IT infrastructures, the new generation in Boost SSDs offers 10x higher flash endurance and reliability than previous client based solutions. The Boost Pro Enterprise boasts speed and performance, data security, all while delivering maximum IOPS per dollar in enterprise applications.

Built with a SandForce controller and utilizing eMLC flash, it offers 10x higher flash endurance than MLC drives. As with all Boost SSDs, it comes standard with 256-bit AES hardware encryption and a suite of performance and stability enhancing features such as TRIM, ECC, Durawrite, RAISE, and more.

The Boost Pro Enterprise SSD is available in 100GB, 200GB, 300GB, and 400GB capacities through select channel partners.
