EMC Brings Out Entry-Level VNXe3150 Unified Storage Solution

EMC Corporation announced that EMC’s VNXe3150 unified storage system, combining 50% more performance and capacity per rack unit, is now generally available worldwide.

Optimized for virtualization, VNXe3150 retains its simplicity for IT generalists in SMBs, as well as departments in enterprises and government. It delivers these new capabilities, at sub-$10K entry level list pricing.

With the availability of the VNXe3150, entry-level storage customers can maximize their virtual environments with added performance and capacity. VNXe3150 supports the move to a virtualized environment through integrations with Citrix XENServer, Microsoft Hyper V and VMware vSphere, providing support in any hypervisor environment.

Additionally, it is a component of EMC’s VSPEX Proven Infrastructure, which offers a range of choices for virtualization, server, network, storage and data protection for customers. It also features ease of use with EMC’s Unisphere storage management interface.
