Object Matrix Ltd has appointed
the CIS Group to be a reseller for
the USA, Latin American and Caribbean markets.

The appointment reaffirms Object Matrix’s strategy to assign the resellers in markets that have not yet been explored by the UK-based
company. It also re-emphasizes that organizations around the world are
searching out cost-effective resilient nearline solutions that complement their
existing infrastructure.

MatrixStore is a secure nearline platform used on ingest to protect
dailies and later on in the production process to park ongoing projects. It is
also used as a digital preservation system for content that needs to be
available 24/7 for re-use or re-purposing. It integrates into Avid
workflows including the ability to archive directly from Avid Interplay using
the InterConnect plugin from Object Matrix.

Show in Sao Paulo from 21st to 23 August to demonstrate their MatrixStore, and its  integration with Avid ISIS and Interplay
