210 Series Commercial Grade CompactFlash: Capacities from 2GB to 64GB based on MLC NAND. Good reliability for many OEM applications with 100K endurance cycles, 3000G shock, 30G vibration and 200K hour MTBF.

203 Series Industrial Grade CompactFlash: Capacities from 32MB to 8GB based on SLC NAND. For industrial applications requiring lower power and adequate performance. Has >2M endurance cycles, 3000G shock, 30G vibration and 4M hour MTBF. Available in -45C to 90C temp version.

303 Series Industrial Grade CompactFlash: Capacities from 128MB to 32GB based on SLC NAND. For industrial applications requiring high performance. Has >2M endurance cycles, 3000G shock, 30G vibration and 4M hour MTBF. Available in -45C to 90C temp version.
