Network Recovery Rebrands as Another 9

Another 9 is a Tarrytown, NY-based data centre operator and MSP. Network Recovery’s investment formalises a previous strategic partnership between the two companies and positions the newly named Another 9 for its next stage of growth.
Another 9 focuses on providing a range of innovative managed IT services to the enterprise market, with customers from the financial services, government, pharmaceutical, legal and consumer sectors. Network Recovery and Another 9 have built Managed (IAAS) IBM cloud computing platforms that are linked together to provide dependable infrastructure, backup, storage, and DR services across disparate geographic regions.

Another 9’s DR Centre is located at Baldonnell Business Park, where it employs 26 staff. Other services provided include online backup, IT managed services, server virtualization and media storage & collection. Cloud IAAS and co-location services are provided both in Ireland and the U.S.

The company data center is a hardened, subterranean facility with diverse communications access, multiple electrical feeders, diesel-generator power backup, and security and environmental controls. The company employs 27 staff.
