Cleversafe Partners With Mezeo

Cleversafe, Inc. and Mezeo Software Corp. are partnering to deliver access file sync and share capabilities for enterprises needing to store data behind their private firewalls and for service providers who are looking to provide either single or multi-tenanted storage clouds with anywhere, anytime access to their users.

Enterprise Class Sync and Share software from Mezeo, combined with Cleversafe’s Dispersed Storage (dsNet) technology will empower users with secure, reliable, anytime and anywhere access to files stored in enterprise cloud infrastructures from various mobile devices or directly from browser interfaces such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

The consumerization of IT has added a whole new level of complexity to enterprise IT. Driven by BYOD – Bring Your Own Device, the growing mobile workforce has come to expect access to information anytime, anywhere irrespective of mobile device choice. While this trend may increase employee productivity, it comes with security challenges. Most users storing and sharing corporate data are likely to connect through the same public clouds they use for personal files.
