Itay Shoshani VP New Customer Delivery and Ops Unit, Kaminario

The new unit will combine all the company’s customer-related support functions, such as professional services, performance consulting and support, into one group. Charged with ensuring every customer interaction is optimized for customer success, the new unit will focus on delivering efficient support to customers of the Kaminario K2 all solid-state SAN storage solution.
Prior to Shoshani’s appointment as VP of the Customer Delivery and Operations Unit, he served two years as director of Kaminario’s EMEA sales and operations. Previously, Shoshani was CTO at Bustin Computers and served 10 years with Unisys EMEA in a variety of positions, such as enterprise infrastructure architect, enterprise consolidation manager and professional services manager for high-end performance servers.

The Customer Delivery and Operations Unit will include global services, including professional services and support, Kaminario K2 performance, information technology, and operations, which will coordinate the unit’s cross-functional capabilities. It will also provide a professional knowledge base and expertise center for the company’s database administrators and sales engineers.
