Mike Sullivan CFO, Terascala

Terascala, Inc., in fast storage management, announced that Mike Sullivan has been named as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

 Sullivan, who has more than 20 years of experience in high technology financial management, will develop and oversee Terascala’s financial strategy as it continues its growth and expansion into new markets.

"Mike’s deep experience and proven record in financial and operational management with high growth technology companies will be invaluable as we continue to gain momentum in HPC environments and in the commercial sector," said Steve Butler, CEO of Terascala. "We’re seeing increased demand for our high throughput, high capacity storage solutions as organizations grapple with how to best speed the analysis of big data sets. I’m looking forward to working with Mike as we extend our reach into new markets worldwide."

Prior to joining Terascala, Sullivan was CFO of eIQnetworks, a provider of security and compliance software. He was also CFO of Ecora Software (acquired by Versata) and was the CFO of publicly-traded Segue Software when it was acquired by Borland Software. His background includes a record in creating solid fiscal controls, infrastructure and strategy allowing companies to scale quickly. In addition, he has experience in areas of M&A and funding.

Sullivan holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College.
