Lumenate Acquires ANI Direct

Lumenate has completed the acquisition of Texas-based network security solutions firm, ANI Direct.

Lumenate has built a reputation in IT industry by delivering enterprise solutions focused around core practices that include storage, server Virtualization, and networks. The acquisition of ANI Direct complements its solution portfolio and provides the ability to solve the complex security needs of its clients and prospects.
