Rocket Software Completes Acquisition of iCluster Business From IBM

iCluster offers software for High Availability/Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) for IBM i. The iCluster team will be joining Rocket Software’s global organization of more than 900 employees and become a new brand Rocket iCluster within the Rocket Storage, Networks and Compliance business unit.

Over the coming months, Rocket Software will be working to establish direct relationships with iCluster partners, and introduce them to Rocket Software. During the transition of business operations, partners may continue to order iCluster from IBM as they do today. In addition, Rocket is working with IBM to ensure that customer support needs are managed and support delivery is unaffected. In most cases, the product contacts with whom partners work today will not change given that the entire iCluster team has joined Rocket Software.
