This expansion follows another record quarter for the company, capping a year of triple-digital revenue growth, industry recognition, and customer deployments across a range of applications.

In 2011, Nimbus achieved wins in Oracle and SQL database clusters, VMware and Citrix VDI and Virtualization projects, rich content production, and high-performance analytics at Universities and government agencies.

"Nimbus is driven to accelerate the adoption of flash technology to every corner of the enterprise IT infrastructure, and our new headquarters and record-setting financial performance will help us achieve these goals," stated Thomas Isakovich, CEO and founder of Nimbus. "With nearly two years of production shipments of the Nimbus S-Class solid state systems behind us, Nimbus looks forward to 2012 and to further expanding our leadership in multiprotocol flash storage systems."

Nimbus S-Class systems enable organizations to replace aging, I/O-bound disk arrays with flash technology, helping organizations reduce operating expenses and while improving storage performance and availability. S-Class systems, featuring enterprise NAND flash memory, non-blocking architecture, and flexible connectivity options including 10 GbE, FC, and IB, provide a scalable and versatile flash memory system. Nimbus’ HALO storage operating system incorporates enterprise storage management features, such as unified SAN/NAS, snapshots, replication, deduplication, encryption, and more on an enterprise-hardened, customer validated solution shipping since early 2010.
