Sonian, Inc., in cloud-powered information archiving, announced the availability of its cloud file archiving service.

The Sonian File Archive will help customers reduce the cost, complexity, and risk associated with the need to retain an ever-increasing volume of file data by offloading static documents to secure, cost-effective cloud storage. In addition to the same powerful search, discovery, and compliance capabilities as Sonian’s cloud-powered Email Archive, the file archiving service adds rich online file preview, full-text indexing for over 450 file types, and scalability to support the largest file stores.
