j2 Global Reaches Two Million Paying Subscribers

Since 1996

jj2 Global Communications, Inc.
has surpassed the two million mark in paid telephone numbers
deployed.

Founded in 1995 and launching its first service in 1996, j2 Global
has evolved into a global provider of cloud services for business, including
online fax (eFax), virtual voice (eVoice), unified communications (Onebox),
hosted email (FuseMail), online backup (KeepItSafe) and email marketing
(Campaigner).

It took the
company 11 years, until 2007, to grow from zero to 1,000,000 subscribers and five years to grow to 2,000,000 subscribers.

"Everyone at j2 Global can take great pride
in this important achievement, and I congratulate our employees and loyal
customers who have contributed to this incredible success story over the years,
"
said Hemi Zucker, chief executive officer of j2 Global. "We signed up our first subscriber 15 years
ago and today have more than 2,000,000 subscribers: 270,000 voice subscribers,
550,000 corporate fax users and nearly 1.2 million paying individual and small
business fax subscribers. We also service 11.3 million free individual business
fax and voice subscribers.
"

"In addition to achieving this important
milestone of 2,000,000 subscribers to our telephony-based services, j2 Global
has executed on its strategy to expand into complementary, non-telephony-based
cloud services, such as outsourced email, online backup and email marketing,
"
said Scott Turicchi, president of j2 Global. "These non-telephony services now comprise approximately $25 million in
annual revenues, nearly double their $13 million level for 2010.
