Coraid, Inc. has
signed Admiral
IT as a Gold partner as part of its continued expansion in Europe.

Admiral will offer Coraid’s entire range of Ethernet SAN
solutions to its customer base, focusing on the financial, education and
media sectors where high performance, cloud computing and virtualisation play a
key role.

Coraid’s EMEA channel programme is designed to strengthen the partners’ product
portfolios while leveraging their expertise, local knowledge and valuable
integration and support services. The company’s Gold partners are selected for
their strengths in the market place and are essential to Coraid’s plans
for growth throughout EMEA.

Admiral’s
customers include organisations with large, growing or performance-oriented
storage requirements for databases and cloud architectures. Coraid’s EtherDrive
systems are faster than iSCSI and FC arrays while simplifying the
storage network, offering flexibility and scalability. Designed for
virtualised environments, Coraid’s solutions offer lower operating expenses and
a 5-8x price performance advantage over legacy FC systems, making them
complementary to Admiral’s existing offerings.
