Xsigo Signs Pan-European Distribution With Arrow

Xsigo Systems, Inc.
has signed a pan-European distribution agreement spanning 27
countries with Arrow Enterprise Computing
Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc.

This agreement draws from Xsigo’s virtual I/O technologies and Arrow’s
server, storage and virtualisation expertise to create an effective combination. Arrow ‘s experience in the enterprise IT
market gives Xsigo solution providers across Europe, Middle East and Africa
access to a set of capabilities and services.

Benefits to solution providers include proven Xsigo solution
stacks tailored to specific application environments. Arrow’s
relationships with suppliers including VMware,
EMC, IBM and Oracle allow it
to build and document reference architectures that are blueprinted answers to challenging data centre issues, such as virtual server
performance, cost containment, and infrastructure scalability. Solution
providers will be able to demonstrate these technologies live using Xsigo
equipment installed at regional Arrow demonstration centres.

The relationship built with Arrow has all the elements
instrumental to the success of a growing alliance. Michelle Humphreys, business
development director of Xsigo EMEA has already witnessed the impact of this
alliance, commenting: "Arrow has

Working in collaboration with Arrow, Xsigo has deployed
sales and technical teams in the Benelux, DACH and Nordic regions, as well as
in Ireland and the UK. In response to the growing demand for
Xsigo products in EMEA, more regions will be added soon.
