Financial Officer.
With more than 20 years experience in financial management
and strategy, much of it within the technology sector, Jones will develop and
oversee Nasuni’s financial strategy as it continues its growth and
management team expansion. In June, Nasuni named Bill Simpson as its Vice
President of Worldwide Sales, and, in March, the company named Jennifer
Sullivan as its Vice President of Marketing.
Previously, Jones served as CFO at Integrity Interactive, a
provider of global ethics and compliance programs to Global 2000 companies. At
Integriy, Jones oversaw pricing strategies, expanded margins and
completed a sale to SAI Global for $170 million, more than five
times Integrity’s revenue.
Jones also served as CFO at CCBN, an outsourced investor
relations and business services provider that grew revenue three-fold during
his tenure and was successfully sold to the Thomson Corporation.
Jones also previously served as CFO of New River, a financial information
software company, and TrueAdvantage, a provider of sales intelligence.

Jones received his Bachelors of Commerce in Business from
the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and is a qualified
Scottish Chartered Accountant.
