Ctera Ships Cloud Attached Storage Appliance Up to 24TB

CTERA Networks announced
the CTERA C800, an 8-bay rackmount appliance as the latest addition to its
range of CTERA Cloud Attached Storage appliances.

The C800 is cloud on-ramp for businesses that want
to enjoy the benefits of cloud storage without compromising on local storage
capacity. It provides hybrid on-premises and cloud backup for servers,
workstations and laptops, as well as enterprise-grade NAS features for file
sharing and collaboration.

The CTERA C800 is managed with CTERA’s channel platform, which enables channel partners and enterprises to roll out
their own branded cloud-based managed services. They can either leverage their
own datacenter storage infrastructure for profitability, or use 3rd
party hosted cloud backends for flexibity and zero upfront investment.
