SolarWinds Adds Monitoring Support for EMC CLARiiON

SolarWinds Inc. announced its second SAN Monitor free tool designed for storage administrators, SAN Monitor for EMC CLARiiON. It joins SAN Monitor for Dell, IBM, and Sun StorageTek to monitor storage arrays.

SAN Monitor for EMC CLARiiON delivers users the visibility to help prevent application and server performance issues by identifying performance bottlenecks with disk I/O and latency. With SAN Monitor for EMC CLARiiON, IT professionals can monitor storage array performance and drill down into Logical Unit Number (LUN) inventory details using a desktop dashboard and track storage asset information.
