ProfitStars With Secure, Web-Based Storage and Research System: ECS Web

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., provider of computer systems and electronic payment solutions primarily for financial services organizations, announced that its ProfitStars division has introduced ECS Web.

The online storage and retrieval archive enables financial institutions and diverse businesses outside the financial services industry to reduce the costs required to maintain legacy data archives or merger and acquisition (M&A) systems. ProfitStars hosts the data on its Enterprise Conversion Solutions (ECS) archive and supports the related compliance, auditing, and disaster recovery requirements.  

Iberia Bank, a $10 billion institution based in Lafayette, La., selected ECS Web to eliminate the risk of draining storage space from its mainframe and employee resources. ProfitStars can convert check images, document images, COLD reports and signature cards to ECS Web’s more accessible online archive. It offers online research and the ability to print legacy or acquisition data, as well as other types of documents that are scanned into the online archive solution. Its multi-factor authentication enables multiple users to access the system while still maintaining security standards.
