In his role at eFileCabinet, Coulter will lead the expansion of operations and staff, establish processes and controls to support the company’s growth strategy and develop business plans to build and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Jeff Coulter comes to eFileCabinet with 15 years of leadership experience in a variety of corporate finance, business development and operations management roles. Prior to joining eFileCabinet, Coulter spent 5 years with Provo Craft spearheading their strategic growth and business development initiatives to build the Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter brand into a household name while growing revenue 25% and EBITDA 36% per year.
Coulter also served in a variety of senior corporate finance roles for Intel, leading finance teams responsible for Intel’s $2B flash memory business, $1B global materials purchasing and Far East contract manufacturing. He also worked as Senior Manager for the Corporate Strategic Finance Team that influenced financial decisions on many of Intel’s top strategic financial issues.
