Hammer Distributing Mellanox

Storage distributor Hammer plc has added Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. to bolster Hammer’s offering to new and existing channel partners.

Mellanox’s InfiniBand and Ethernet solutions address High-Performance Computing, financial services, database, Web 2.0, Internet and Cloud. Hammer will distribute Mellanox’s entire range of products in the deal which is Europe-wide.

Mellanox’s end-to-end InfiniBand connectivity, consisting of the ConnectX-2 line of I/O adapter products, cables and comprehensive IS5000 family of fixed and modular switches, deliver performance interconnect. In addition, the ConnectX-2 line of 10GbE adapters and BridgeX gateways enable data centres with Ethernet and convergence solutions for cloud computing providers and virtualized data centres.
