C2C Forged Partnership With Global Micro
To provide hosting solution for Exchange
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on November 4, 2010 at 2:54 pmC2C has forged a partnership with Global Micro Solutions (Pty) Ltd in South Africa to provide an archiving solution for their hosted Microsoft Exchange environment.
The combined solution will deliver archiving, retention management and ediscovery specifically for small to medium business enterprises.
Microsoft Exchange has traditionally been used by larger organisations to increase productivity and communications. Small and medium businesses, on the other hand, have often struggled with the setup and ongoing maintenance, so one South African hosting organisation has set up a global support model to provision Exchange server space in a hosted environment so that emails, files, contacts and calendars are secured and accessible from anywhere and at anytime. The hosted solution from Global Micro, who have recently been named Microsoft’s Hosting partner of the year 2010 will utilize C2C’s ArchiveOne email management software to enhance their business model.
JJ Milner, Managing Director, Global Micro SA, explains the service further: "The combination of our Microsoft Exchange hosted servers and C2C’s ArchiveOne software provides the ideal solution for small to medium businesses. It allows us to centrally host server space whilst ArchiveOne seamlessly manages the mailboxes; archiving away according to individually specified policies allowing us to provide a more cost effective service to our customers."
Andrew Brown, Sales Manager, EMEA commented: "Users of the Hosted Exchange service reap all the benefits of ArchiveOne’s efficient and reliable archiving and management capabilities while improving the performance of the Microsoft Exchange Servers within the server farm."
