Isilon Launches Two New Channel Partner Enablement Programs
Level one and two support, and configuration services

The Partner Enabled Support Program creates the opportunity for partners to provide customers with Level One and Two support, while the Partner Enabled Implementation Program allows partners to offer configuration and deployment services. With these new programs, qualified Isilon channel partners can now provide a wide range of services, from system implementation to support case creation and troubleshooting, expanding the revenue streams associated with Isilon scale-out storage.

Isilon’s new Partner Enabled Programs provide the tools, training and infrastructure necessary to enable qualified Isilon partners to provide Level One and Two support and configuration services. By taking part in Isilon’s Partner Enabled Programs, qualified partners can now sell support and configuration service packages, as well as access special escalation queues, driving increased revenue and account ownership.
