For real-time backup, DR and network monitoring

Banyan Partners looks to Safe Technologies for real-time backup and disaster recovery and enhanced infrastructure support.

Banyan Partners chose Safe Technologies’ SDS suite of services primarily because of its fast implementation time and the ability to scale along with the company’s growth needs. The SDS Suite has been deployed across Banyan’s entire operational infrastructure in addition to integration with several legacy systems.

Christopher Kolb, President of Safe Technologies, commented: "Traditional technology solution vendors do not offer the extensibility or cost efficiencies that are realized with SDS. Banyan Partners needs services that will scale with their growing business, allowing them to treat infrastructure as an operational expense and not an expensive, up-front capital cost."

Patrick Tylander, COO of Banyan Partners, commented: "Banyan Partners currently has 7 offices in 6 states. SDS has provided a level of support and dependability that has been an integral part of our success. 24/7/365 service has been a requirement for our firm, and SDS has consistently delivered. We have had flawless backups on a daily basis that have been routinely tried and tested. We have migrated servers and applications from NY to FL without a hitch, and we are happy to say that we have never lost one single byte of data. All in all, Banyan Partners simply needs to expand rapidly and without risk, which is a requirement that could not be done alone. We have grown by leaps and bounds, and having SDS in our corner has allowed us to keep our focus on what we need to do to grow our business, rather than get bogged down in the details of the IT world."
