eFolder with ConnectWise

eFolder, provider of data protection services, has completed integration with ConnectWise software, the business operating system designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs. The combination of eFolder’s remote backup, local backup, BDRs, and email archiving solutions with ConnectWise enhances customer reporting, proactively addresses backup, recovery and other service issues, and improves operational efficiency through automated billing.

eFolder’s proprietary backup technology provides superior data protection via reverse-delta technology, ultra-redundant, end-to-end data integrity assurance mechanisms, proprietary compute and storage fabric (cloud), and standards-based security.

A service ticket is automatically created in ConnectWise when eFolder identifies any warning or failure with the customer’s backup, BDR, or other service issue. New capabilities in billing include automatic updates of capacity usage, while reporting has been enhanced to show network health, successful backup statistics, total aggregate disk usage across all backups, and much more.
