i365 Enhances EVault Partner Program

This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on October 8, 2010 at 3:25 pmSeagate Technology PLC announced enhancements to its i365 EVault Partner Program in the Americas designed to accelerate the growth and services provided by i365 to partners, including value added resellers (VARs), consultants, managed service providers (MSPs) and technology service providers.
The enhanced program provides attractive incentives and rebates, as well as training, sales and marketing support, to help partners sell EVault Cloud-Connected storage and backup and recovery solutions deeper into their current customer base. Simplified entry requirements will expand the program to more partners.
The i365 EVault Partner Program provides partners with access to resources that can help drive license and services revenue, create new opportunities, increase profitability, and close deals more quickly. The program establishes three main partner categories – Member, Specialist, and Elite. EVault Member Partners refer deals to i365 and are paid a referral fee. Certification in a single specialization enables partners to become an EVault Specialist Partner; with certification in a minimum of two EVault specializations and an annual revenue commitment, partners can become an EVault Elite Partner. Elite Partners certified with EVault SaaS and Hardware/Appliance specializations will greatly benefit from selling i365’s unique combination of on-premise and Cloud storage solutions allowing them to receive both recurring and licensed revenue streams. Additionally, the program has been enhanced to include a loyalty incentive rebate, a new focus on market development fund (MDF) programs and the opportunity for joint sales and marketing campaigns with i365.
