Atto Celerity FC HBAs Available Through EMC Select Program

ATTO Technology, Inc. announced that ATTO Celerity Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters (HBA) are now available through EMC Select, a program which helps customers easily acquire components that comprise an information infrastructure. ATTO Celerity 8Gb/s and 4Gb/s host bus adapters allow Mac OS X and Windows 7, Vista and XP host systems to connect directly to EMC Celerra EMC CLARiiON and EMC Symmetrix storage systems.

ATTO Multipath Director, a technology available with ATTO’s Fibre Channel HBAs, provides improved storage performance and reliability by leveraging failover/failback and load balancing capability. In addition to providing direct connectivity from workstations to storage arrays, the solution can also be used in SAN environments for multiple-user access to pooled storage.
