Philip Soran Board’s Member of SPS Commerce
He is Compellent's co-founder and CEO.

Mr. Soran serves as chairman, president and CEO of Compellent, having co-founded the corporation in 2002. Compellent is a provider of enterprise-class network storage solutions that completed its IPO in October 2007. He also co-founded Xiotech Corporation, and was its president and CEO from July 1995 to August 2001. From October 1992 to April 1995, Mr. Soran served as Executive Vice President of Prodea Software Corporation, a data warehousing software company. From 1982 to 1992, he also held a variety of management, sales, marketing and technical positions with IBM. He received a B.A. in Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
Mr. Soran replaces retiring board member, Murray R. Wilson, a Special Consultant to Mayfield & Robinson, Inc., the investment management company for River Cities Capital Funds.
