The Image MASSter Solo-4 IT is the next generation of IT Duplicators based on the Image MASSter product line. Optimized for today’s high speed drives, the Solo-4 IT duplicates and sanitizes Hard Drives at speeds exceeding 7 GB/min.
The unit’s design takes advantage of current drive technology and also prepares the unit for future advances in drive speeds. The unit provides native interface support for SAS, S-ATA and External USB2.0 drives. A dedicated write-protected Source position is available for SAS, SATA and USB2.0 drives, to protect the user’s Source images. The unit can be configured to duplicate two source drives simultaneously with no speed degradation. Alternately, the unit can be configured to duplicate from one source drive to three Target drives. The unit includes an IDE adapter to support PATA drives and optional adapters are available for 1.8", ZIF, 2.5" laptop drives and Flash Media including Compact Flash, Memory Sticks, SD, Micro SD, Multimedia Cards, etc.

Additional features include a built-in 1 Gigabit Ethernet connection to allow images to be stored to or download from Storage Area Networks (SAN). For data sanitizing needs, the unit offers multiple methods of erasing drive data. The unit offers the multipass DoD (Department of Defense) standard, single pass User Defined, or the Secure Erase feature, supported by many of today’s modern drives. The Image MASSter Solo-4 IT is based on the Windows Embedded Operating System featuring a large, color touch screen display with an easy-to-use, intuitive user interface. An Optional Expansion Box, equipped with three PCI-e slots provides expandability support for SCSI, FireWire or Fibre Channel devices, as well as other devices that may be required to meet future IT needs.
