Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform for Enterprise

Mezeo Software announced the Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform for the Enterprise.

The announcement takes place at SNW Spring 2010 in Orlando, where Mezeo has a kiosk in the SNIA CSI Cloud Storage Pavilion. Mezeo launched the platform in December 2008 to the IT Service Provider market.

The Mezeo platform is easy to deploy, highly scalable and secure. Mezeo REST Web Services APIs enable programmatic access and advanced services, including end-to-end encryption, advanced file sharing and collaboration, content tagging and true anywhere access from an integrated Windows desktop with Sync client, rich Web 2.0 browsers and iPhone and BlackBerry native client access.

New Enterprise-ready features include LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) integration that enables dynamic sharing with established ‘groups,’ common sign on, upgrades to the Windows Native client (automatic file synchronization to the cloud, "one click" public URL generation and support for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems). The Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform for the Enterprise is currently in limited availability and will be generally available in June 2010.

Mezeo enables numerous use cases such as ubiquitous access using Mezeo access clients, secure file sharing and collaboration and enabling of new applications using Mezeo API programmatic access. Combined with the proven technologies of our Solution Partners, Mezeo enables additional use cases such as backup and archiving in a single, integrated solution.
